1981 ONLY 44,000 original miles. Garage kept, barely driven until recently. I am the 3rd owner and bought it from my brother to make it as reliable as it was beautiful. Brother was 2nd owner for 20 year. Previous owner to that was friend of the family. No rust. Heads redone with stainless valves and seals as it was a hobby car for my brother. European racing headers added. Original SPICA injection works well and has the original seal intact on the unit. No oil leaks on the engine or drive train. Soft top excellent condition and rear window is perfectly clear. Top is in excellent shape. Entire vehicle was babied. Carpets replaced, clutch cylinders replaced, master brake cylinder replaced, hoses, coil springs, drive shaft, gaskets, wiring upgraded. New tires, repainted in 1991 after a sidewipe along the garage door. New battery also.
Overall what you would expect a OCD person to have maintained in perfect condition. Preventative maintenance always done, $6000 invested over the years to keep it in near new condition. Wasn't driven for 2 1/2 years. I bought it an made it a daily driver over the course of 4 months and it runs, handles, and looks like a million dollars.
$8,500 OBO. Insured NADA appraised value is $14,500 - $17,000. If you are looking for an excellent alfa spider that gets noticed and complimented daily, this is it. It doesn't get any better than this one. No oil usage at all.

If you want a classic Alfa Spider that you can reliably drive, this is the vehicle for you. It's also an excellent investment as the NADA values have doubled in 2009.

For sale is a black 1984 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce.
We have put $7k into the car in the past 8 years to get it running well, all work has been done by Besic Motorsports. It has a new clutch slave cylinder, brake master cylinder, soft top, tie rod ends, and much more misc. stuff. Don't hesitate to ask questioins.
The problems: no speedo/odometer (so mileage is unknown), drivers seat is ripped, minor minor rust on rocker panels, rust through the bottom of the trunk, no AC/heat, parking brake doesn't stay up, and the passenger seat mount is loose (something I haven't looked much into).
The car runs great and it has been my daily summer driver for the past two years. It has always been garaged. Prior to being fixed up about 6 years ago, it was in storage for a very long time, so milage is not significantly more than what the odometer says, 53k. We estimate it to be around 65-70k miles.

Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0. About 90k miles. No rust. All service docs, owners manual, etc. No rips or tears in the seats. Needs some wiring repairs...i think. I put in a battery and it starts up. I tried starting it and it didnt turn over. So i put in a new battery and it was fine. Now it's drained again. I tried to jump it then it started smoking under the hood. Being sold "AS IS". Its a great car to easily restore. i wanted to but dont have time. Its been stored every winter. Needs new top. XM/CD radio included.

A rare find. 1993 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Roadster Convertible with only 45K original miles! The spedometer reads only 3,500 having been replaced. The car's factory options include: a Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection 2000CC 4 cylinder engine with computerized digital electronic ingnition, a 5 speed overdrive manual transmission, limited slip differential, four wheel power disc brakes, power windows, side vent windows, radio antenna in windshield, leather faced reclining bucket seats, tach and oil pressure gauges, woodgrain steering wheel, intermittent windshield wipers. | I am actually in Elk Grove, an hour from DublinI am the 2nd owner of this Niki Lauder special edition # 71 for about 18 years and put only about 20K miles on it. Purchased from the original owner from Santa Rosa. Mechanically very sound; no engine work has been done to the best of my knowledge. Runs very strong. Serviced and maintained by Barber’s Shop in Sacramento. I have kept all the receipts except when I moved in 2001, I have lost all the papers . So I have all the records from 2001 on. The pink slip shows the date 1993 when I transferred the title from my ex to me. It passes smog with flying colors. Top is in great shape except there is a slit/cut that has been professionally repaired. Been garaged 95% of the time. Never seen much rain and let alone snow or other stuff. Body is straight with no rust at all. No accidents in my possession, still have the original paint but the right door upper portion seemed to be repainted at some point. There is a door dink, a knick above the battery mounting rod. A few years ago some punk a__ seemed to have roller bladed over the front end and part of the hood; the dent is not too bad but noticeable. Interior is okay; just the normal wear and tear from age.Here is what you also need to know: Burns about ˝ quart of oil per 3,000 miles. Slight oil leak at the engine from the rear seal, I believe. Can use a new U-joint. The usual characteristic 2nd gear grind when down shift at high speed.More pics are at: www.1978alfa.myphotoalbum.com. I was going to restore it but I just could not find the time. I have and will provide any info you may want. It’s been a very fun car and quite reliable. | This is a 1976 Alfa Romeo Spider. It has been off the road for a couple of years. It is a solid, Arizona rust-free car. It shows low miles on the odometer and on the title, but I have no way of proving that. The car will start up and run but it needs a major tune up, belts, hoses, etc. The body is very nice and very straight. The interior is not too bad. The top needs to be replaced. | 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce...an original, rare 1300 cc VELOCE model, chassis number confirmed by the Alfa Romeo Museo Storico. Manufactured in late 1960, but sold as a 1962 model. Photos are of car just before restoration was started.Car had one-family ownership in the midwest before I brought it to CA. Was being driven when purchased, but restoration has already begun, so engine and trans are currently out of the car. It is a roller - ready for body work and paint. Considerable work has already been performed: 1) new rear axle bearings and seals, 2) new diff pinion shaft seal and lower cover seals, 3) gas tank interior cleaned and exterior media blasted/repainted, 4) all 4 brake drums media blasted, 5) new front brake wheel cylinders, 6) rebuilt rear brake wheel cylinders, 7) all new brake flex hoses and hard lines in rear, 8) brake system completely flushed/bled, 8) all new Centerline performance springs and KYB/Gabriel (F/R) gas shocks, 9) new front suspension limit cables, 10) new rear suspension limit straps, 11) new Alfa OEM trailing arm bushings and Performatek polyurethane bushings everywhere else, 11) Pirelli P3 155-15 (original size) tires have essentially no mileage on them. Aside from a few missing components, car is pretty much complete, but in need of thorough restoration...how far you want to take it is up to you. It can easily be made into a very nice driver...or taken all the way up to show car status. NOTE: This car WILL need some body work. Both rocker panels have been redone by previous owner, but there is typical rust just under the battery box and in front floor boards. Also some rust in the vicinity of one trailing arm attachment point. Front nose was not properly aligned in a previous repair, and should have a small "lip" section just in front of the hood refitted (I can get the piece).If you know these cars, you also know how rare a true Veloce is becoming.
